Amelia Compagni is Associate Professor at the Department of Social and Political Sciences at Bocconi University and Director of CeRGAS, SDA Bocconi’s research center on healthcare and social care management. She has served as Director of the World Bachelor in Business (WBB) and teaches at undergraduate, graduate, PhD, and executive master levels (MIHMEP and MIMS) on healthcare and public management.
Her research focuses on healthcare management, health policy and innovation, and organizational dynamics among healthcare professionals. Her work has been published in leading international journals, including Academy of Management Journal, Health Policy, and Public Administration.
